Nainggolan is a reported transfer target for Antonio Conte should he complete his expected move to Stamford Bridge ahead of next season, with the Belgian a "priority" signing.
Chelsea are searching for alternatives to Nemanja Matic and John Obi Mikel, both of whom could leave in the summer, and see Nainggolan, who was bought from Cagliari last season, as a replacement.
